Baby Found Sleeping on Snowmobile Trail

In one of the more bizarre stories we’ve seen recently, a couple was out snowmobiling in northern Sweden when they found a six-month-old baby asleep on the trail.

They picked up the baby and started looking for its parents and soon ran into two men on skis who were each pulling a sled. One of the sleds contained two children, while the other was empty.

I can imagine you parents out there would absolutely lose your minds if you just happened to misplace your baby in the middle of a snowmobile trail. However, after reclaiming his child, the father responded by saying “I thought it had gone a bit quiet back here.”

Needless to say, the couple that found the baby were a little shocked by the father’s rather cold response.

I think the lesson we can all take from this is don’t let cross-country skiers in Sweden babysit your kids.
