Girl Bails on Sled [video]

Far be it from us to laugh at a damsel in distress, but when you post a video of your distress on YouTube for all to see we figure it’s open season.

Riding a Yamaha Nytro, the lady in question made a long run at a makeshift snowmobile jump. Things look good in the early going, but lady luck turns her back on our heroine in midair. The sled tips its nose towards terra firma where the skis make first contact. After a quick scream the rider is unceremoniously thrown off the front on her way to what appears to be a rather unpleasant landing.

According to the video comments, the Nytro suffered a bent bumper and handlebar and the windshield popped out, but is generally no worse for wear. We have no information on the condition of the rider, but she did post the video and added a couple of comments so at least her fingers are in proper working order.
