Racer TV is expanding in 2011, creating a year-long program block combining coverage of the Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series (GNCC), the ATVMX National Championship Presented by DWT, the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship Presented by Amsoil from Loretta Lynn Ranch, and the ISOC Amsoil Championship Snocross Series. Racer TV will now feature 52 straight weeks of powersports programming, beginning on Sun., April 17, 2011 on VERSUS.

“Combining properties from four different racing series helps leverage us to an even bigger audience,” says Carrie Coombs, manager of Racer TV. “We’ve increased the episodes and exposure for GNCC, ATV motocross and Loretta’s, as well as the ISOC Snocross series. And the 52-week format means fans can tune in every Sunday and catch great racing.”

Program partners include Can-Am, Suzuki, DWT and Amsoil.

“We are really grateful for our program partners,” says Coombs. “We have long-standing relationships with all of our partners and are really proud to bring Racer TV to this level of exposure with their support.”

Racer TV begins airing April 17th with coverage of the Westgate River Ranch ATV GNCC. For eight weeks Racer TV will air at 3:00 pm. Starting May 29th, Racer TV shows will air at 5:30 p.m. and provide 30 minutes of coverage; Snocross will air for one hour from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.

Racer TV coverage includes: (31) episodes of GNCC Racing, featuring flag-to-flag coverage of (13) pro bike and (13) pro ATV rounds, and (5) additional episodes featuring utility, women and side-by-side classes; (11) episodes of pro ATVMX, including (7) episodes of the popular ATV 24/7 docudrama show and (4) episodes of flag-to-flag coverage; (2) episodes from the AMA Amateur Nationals at Loretta Lynn Ranch, highlighting youth and amateur racing; and (8) episodes of ISOC Snocross racing.
