So Cartman what was Yamaha to do? Since no big name racers showed up to race do you think Yamaha should have just packed up and went home? The racer who were here are up and comers for the team and are not well known with the exeption of Nathan Titus, so this wasent like some world champ came on down to clean up on some local club race. Hell, I think even one of the mechanics or engineers raced in the sport class and won! The "big name" Yammie racers were at the Soo and did quite respectable. Not sure if you were ever a racer so I won't comment on that, but with Yamaha taking a non race sled and beating the other three mfg's makes me smile, I don't care who is racing them.

Bet team yellow is already looking to change the rule book to try to get Yamaha banned from this type of activity in the future!

Okay, who even entered this race? The Soo I-500 was the same weekend and the purse for this race was $500 for Pro class. Am I supposed to be impressed? Looks to me that Yamaha had to run some small, grassroots race with their factory riders to place as well as they did. Let's wait and see how they do in a real USCC terrain race when they get off the lake ice and into the bumps and race against their factory competition. Really doubting the results will be so rosy. But hey, I killed it in my son's pre-school b-ball tournament. A few of us parents trounced the kids. I'm going to post it on You Tube!
