only runs one cylinder! Help!

i have a polaris two cylinder snowmobile motor that only runs on one cylinder i have replaced the elctrical system and set the timing to fire at .150 inch of top dead center and i can only get one cylinder to run and the only way i get it to run is by shorting out the other cylinder and this only works for one cylinder. what do i do to make the other cylinder fire please help

get new spark plugs and duct tape you can always use duct tape for anything.
