Arctic Cat tries to cater to the young rider with its F120, a beginner’s 119cc, 4-stroke sled that comes in pink or classic Arctic Cat green.

Safety is on the minds of the parents of the beginner and Arctic Cat helps ease their minds with speed-governed engine to help keep the rider in control. The sled also comes equipped with a starter safety switch, safety cord and a flag to help keep track of the young rider.

The front suspension is provided by AWS double-wishbone A-arms with hydraulic shocks that provide three inches of travel. In the rear is a slide-rail suspension that allows for more control and 4.5 inches of travel.

The track is 10 inches wide and 68 inches long with a lug height of .5 inches.

The plastic skis have a stance of 32 inches and optional ski carbides are available at an additional cost.

The fuel tank is rather small, holding just half a gallon, but a mechanical gas gauge comes standard.
