Arctic Cat riders looking to sharpen their skills will be pleased to learn that Arctic Cat has announced a continuing partnership with Amber Holt, owner of Backcountry Basics.

“Amber is a true instructor, and you will walk away from her training a smarter, more improved backcountry rider all while having a fun experience,” says John Tranby, Arctic Cat marketing director.

Backcountry Basics specializes in straight forward A-Z snowmobile instructional clinics. The primary focus of the clinics is to meet each client’s individual needs. Riders not only achieve their individual goals confidently, they are also taught the fundamental skills required to become a safe and skilled backcountry rider regardless of their level of ability.

“The capabilities of the new Arctic Cat ProClimb mountain chassis are endless,” says Holt. “Combined with my training aboard these 2013 Arctic Cats, you’ll be able to safely, and confidently, explore backcountry you never knew existed.”

If you’re attending Haydays this year, you can pick Holt’s brain in the Arctic Display on Sept. 8-9.
