Polaris’ Ross Martin has won the World PowerSports Accociation (WPSA) Pro Racer of the Year Award.

Martin’s honor comes on the heels of his second straight Pro Open year-end national points championship. He also finished second in the Pro Super Stock championship. All told, Martin, who rides for Judnick Motorsports, finished on the podium 10 times this season.

“This year has to be one of the most gratifying race seasons I can remember,” says Judnick Motorsports owner Scott Judnick. “I couldn’t be prouder of Ross and the entire crew.

“I want to send out a huge thanks to the guys behind the scenes whose hard work and unwavering dedication put us on top – Tom Rager Jr, Roger Faber, Tony Swiontek. You guys are the best.”

Things started off slowly for Judnick Motorsports this season, with injuries to two of three riders.

“We had a tough start to the season with both Dylan and Matt’s injuries, but we just adjusted and never changed the drive to the top,” says Judnick. “Ross raced amongst an excellent group of Pros and ultimately took home the Championship Title. We couldn’t be happier.”

Matt Judnick and Dylan Martin are Ross Martin’s teammates at Judnick Motorsports.
