We’re not sure if it was done intentionally or not, but we found a video that gives new meaning to the term “sticking the landing.”

The video in question is a painfully long 11 minutes, but fortunately for you the moment of excitement comes at about the one minute mark. After a couple of jumps down a steep slope, our sledding hero decides to go the opposite route and ride up the slope. Instead of riding over the crest of the hill, the sled flies vertically into the air and lands track-first in the snow like a spoon in a thick bowl of oatmeal.

Snowmobile.com’s panel of expert judges give this move high marks for originality and artistic impression.
