    Crazy fast
    By SnoRob(Enthusiast), Oct. 29, 2008

I had a ride on one of these (i don't own it) but it was very very fast. I do NOT recommend this for anybody that does not have a SIGNIFICANT amount of experience... for those that do, this is the most bad-ass snowmobile available!!!! Read Full Review

    Wonderful Snow machine!
    By Mark(Owner), Mar. 7, 2010
Just purchased NEW 2009 TZ1 Touring this year and put a quick 800 miles on her. Smooth, quiet, and has the fun power on the lake when you want it. Started at about 12 mpg then 13 after about 400 miles, now is at a steady 14-14.5 mpg and climbing. Don't care so much about the MPG as we do the rang...e for long trips in Ontario. Have had ZERO problems with the sled. All updates were done before taking delivery. Plan on keeping it for 10k miles at least. Ride smooth with one or two, but, like all sleds, had to find the sweet spot with adjustments. All in all, very pleased with the sled, can't wait for more snow! Read Full Review

    What a ride!
    By Anders Lundqvist(Owner), Oct. 27, 2009
I,ve been riding it for 1000miles and it's awesome. The handling is great, the power and comfort combination is really unique. The only negative I can say is the pricing. But still, there is nothing else I would like to own. Read Full Review

    Top Touring

I bought this sled in Dec. 2008. Rode it for 1000 miles the 2008-2009 season.

2009 was a first year release for the TZ1/Z1 turbo sleds, and there are some issues for Arctic Cat to sort out, drive belts and the Fuel tank/Engine rubbing.

The power and fun to ride this sled is awesome. Comfort i...s a realy "Catillac". With 170+ hp the 144" 1.25" 2-ply Cobra track indeed suits this heavy touring sled well. Coming from a 1999 Thundercat MC the TZ1 Turbo's mpg made me smile, now I can go for long trips without to worry for the next fueling. Remember the TZ1/Z1 Turbos have the same power rating as the TC. Don't compare mpg to a Yamaha Venture Lite.

The most annoying with this US$ 135.500 sled are the RydeFX shocks. No spring pre-load adjustment.

The most disappointment was the darting.

During the rating of this sled I have to select "Ride & Comfort" to "Poor" due to the darting. Comfort was great, but darted terrible. "Value" set to "Good" due to lack of adjustable shocks.
