Though Mother Nature made for some trying times, the 2011-12 AMSOIL Championship Snocross Series put on a thrilling final stretch with four straight weeks of bar-to-bar racing to end the season.

After a three-week delay, the green flag finally dropped on Friday for the AMSOIL Championship Snocross Series’ running of the Vision Kia Eastern National at Finger Lakes Casino and Racetrack.

Apparently nobody told Polaris about the global economic crisis. While much of the powersports industry has been reeling, Polaris keeps chugging along with record sales quarter after quarter and year after year. 2011 was certainly no different.
