2008 Phazer RTX

I took my new Phaser RXT for the first ride last night or should I say it took me for my first ride...all I can say is for anyone out there that has old memory's of riding dirt bikes as a Kid will fall in love with this sled within the first 5 min of riding. I am a first year rookie to snowmobilin...g and got off to a rough start with a used sled and a bunch of problems and just took the plunge and picked up the RXT Phaser to stop the endless money pit that I had fallen into.

This sled isnt going to win any ice drags but let me say this.

This little 500 four stroke is totally convinced it is a 600 two stroke in the 0-80mph zone throttle response is amazingly snappy.

I am a 200 pounder and had no problem at all with tons of pick up through the entire range and will lift the skis from dead stop even with my big but on its back.

I found the front end a little floaty for about the first hour until I found the sweet spot on the seat for a guy my size, after that, look out the old memories of trail riding my CR250R as a kid took over and this Phaser and I became one.....what a fun easy to handle fuel efficient sled.

We pulled into a local watering hole and my buddy was riding his brand new Adreniline Ski Doo all done up and I was on this Phaser and you should have seen the look on his face as all the talk was on the Phaser.....he he.

The look of this sled just gets people Talking...

Maybey not for everyone but has me smiling for ear to ear.
