After wearing out a couple of summit 1000s, I decided it was time to do more riding than working on my sled so i broke down and purchased the closest thing to the big summit, a 2013 Turbo M1100 162 Limited. It appeared to be a well made sled and though it did feel heavy it also felt like it could be... ridden well in the steep and deep. With 177 HP it was close to the Summits 172 and although nobody would say exactly what it weighed it was rumored to be in the 550 lbs dry area, close to the Summit when it was stock. After I purchased it we fueled it up and weighed it on a digital scale; 662 lbs ready to ride. My summit was 620 lbs. Though heavy the biggest problem with the Cat was that every time I rode it something went wrong, 8 rides, 8 times in the shop. Hungry for belts, motor cut out in a climb then causing the sled to roll over, dumping engine oil out of it all over the inside of the cowling. Didn't anyone at Arctic Cat know mountain sleds roll over. Blew off the intake, heated seat won't work, leaks anti freeze, handle bars came loose. Except for the deplorable lack of reliability it seemed like I would have enjoyed it. Until Arctic Cat can prove they've fixed this model, I would recomend no one buy it. Read Full Review

That's the worst customer care I ever experienced not helpful at all and lying about there warranty people don't buy from this company what's so ever. I only bought ones and it will be the last time. Read Full Review
