the 550 iq lxt is the only machine that i would count on in the backcountry.i have seen to many new type liquidcooled snowmobiles over heating when they get into the deep snow of a ground search and rescue. Read Full Review

I bought a second hand 550 lxt with 580miles on it.

Still got warranty and everything.

Comfortable, easy to manuvre, soft clutch setup for easy handeling.

(Last snowmobile was a 600h.o. switchback and I didn't like the hard ride.)
