2009 Ski-Doo MX Z X 600 H.O. E-TEC

Unbelievable machine

I have just bought a 2009 600 HO E-Tec Renegade and haven’t been more pleased with a snowmobile in my life. This is about the 12th machine I’ve owned since 1967 and I have had a few different brands of them Yamaha and Arctic cat included. This 600HO E-Tec is clean burning with virtually no exhau...st fumes what so ever, the gas mileage is remarkable and oil consumption is so low, it unbelievable. This machine is fast, quiet, handles like a dream and is very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone that is serious about snowmobiling to purchase one, you certainly won’t be disappointed. Rocket Ship

I have recently purchased a 2009 Renegade Ski Doo sled. To put things in perspective my last sled was a 1993 Mach1 long track. Riding this new sled is like going from a Harley to a Ninja Bike.It has incredible acceleration because the throttle response in instantanious. If you pinch it you better ha...ng on or your on your backside.It took me about 150 miles to get used to riding it because you sit higher than normal so instead of driving it you have to ride it with more weight shifting. Once used to it, it steers easily and is like riding on a cloud. You almost miss the bumpy trails because they give something to play with. 21 miles to the gallon is realistic. After 600 miles I've gone through 1/3 Gallon of oil. At moderatly cold morning starts 5-20 degrees figure 2 pulls. When it's really cold -10 degrees figure 5-7 pulls. Lots of compression. Great in deep snow, trails, basically anything you can throw at it. Likes to fly through the air. Light and nimble. I love it. Read Full Review
