Its got a pristine savagery in its new, lightweight EFI H.O. 800 laydown engine. An independent 3rd party, DynoTech Research, easily saw 160 HP, Thats 10% more HP than last year Thats the Expert-Grade Mountain Sled component bringing it all together to take whatever the mountain throws your way. FOX Float® ski shocks utilize air technology and are up to 6 pounds lighter than your average coil-over shock. As far as durable ruggedness on the trail, you'll find adapting is easy with a 153 Power Claw™ track that gets you through the steep and deep with no effort. And our Deluxe Gauge with digital and analog readouts and an altimeter keeps you on track on the hill while allowing you to be as wild as you want to be.


Fox Float® Rear Skid: Torsion springs are history. This redesigned frame decreases unsprung weight and reduces unwanted track tensioning. Two rear-mounted wheels inside the rails increase track flexibility and improve sidehill capabilities. The rear end is dampened with a lightweight aluminum FOX® Zero Pro gas shock on the front arm and a FOX Float® shock on the rear arm.


H.O. 800 - The 800 engine is a 2-stroke, 794cc liquid twin with batteryless electronic fuel injection. An engine "laid down" in the chassis moves snowmobile mass toward the ground and effectively lowers the center of gravity. BEFI adjusts for temperature and altitude. In 2010, we've powered up every 800 engine for an increased 10% more HP over last year. An independent 3rd party, DynoTech Research, easily saw 160 HP. Engine reverse is also standard on the 800. There's also a new exhaust pipe, manifld, resonator and a lightweight crankshaft.


Engine Reverse: Pushbutton electronic reverse gets even better. As a feature of the engine, not only is it quick, its also a weight saver that sheds nearly 8 pounds.


153" Power Claw™ Track: The M Series Power Claw™ Track is nothing short of miraculous in the steep and deep and surprisingly well behaved on the trail. The 153" track is 15" wide with grabby 2.25" paddles.


FOX Float® Ski Shocks - Gives you the ultimate in suspension performance. The shocks utilize FOX's quick-adjust, load-optimizing air technology and are up to 6 pounds lighter than the conventional coil-over shocks.


Telescoping Handlebar: Our Mountain handlebar gets a new telescoping steering system that creates up-and-down adjustablity without adding extra weight. Drop it down on the trail. Raise it up in the powder. The telescoping handlebar features easy one-hand adjustment with 12 positions.


New Lightweight Seat: The new blow-molded seat base is 3.5 pounds lighter and 3 inches taller than the previous design, while the tapered shape improves maneuverability for both sitting and standing.
