Shortly after Arctic Cat unveiled its full 2017 snowmobile lineup this week, it also released a video showcasing the new SVX 450 snowbike.

Unfortunately, Arctic Cat didn’t include any detailed information or specs on the new machine. However, the video itself is enough to get us excited about what is to come. It shows Tucker Hibbert and other Arctic Cat riders ripping up the snow with what Cat calls “the world’s first purpose-built snowbike.”

All we know is that it features a single beam skid frame design and a 450cc four-stroke engine. The skid frame was designed in partnership with Camso, but we don’t know much about who built the engine. Hopefully those details about the SVX 450 will follow shortly.
