Just got back from Michigan upper Peninsula trails and we put on 960 kilometers in 4 days of sledding.

In all type of trails hard packed and soft.I'm 6'4" 200 pounds 59 years young,the Gtx se ski doo handled better then any sled i have had.and Iv had many ,been sledding since 1977.You go all d...ay and could go more but the others boys I sled with are to tired to go on.

I love this sled

Took delivery on my sled in December 2008. I spent the winter in the northwoods of Wisconsin and the UP, putting 1500 miles on in all kinds of conditions. The ride of this machine is awesome, I did have a problem with overheating at slow speeds. After discussing the problem with the dealer, we fo...und ice/snow was accumulating under the tunnel and preventing fresh snow from cooling the machine. Problem was easily solved, I just kick the snow/ice off the tunnel a couple of times a day when I stop. Like I said I love the ride, but I'm not sold on the ski's yet. I have to put alot of front ski pressure on to get them to stick in the corners, it seems like the skis want to float. I may change out the skis for next season. Heated seat kept me toasty when riding on a backpack tour in late January at gruelling cold temps. Last Note - my sled took first place in the two up class at the land of lakes radar run at 92 mph. hang on cause when you gas it, the front end rares and she goes. Read Full Review

Overheating At Low Speed

Can anyone tell me why this wonderful riding piece of equipment overheats at low speeds?
Trying to determine if I need the equipment to be looked at or if I'm doing something incorrectly.

Wow, what a ride!!!!!!!!!!!

Also bought this machine this year as non current model. This machine has an unbelievable ride due to the air suspension. The 4 tech motor is quick and snappy. I have had no troubles with it and look forward to every weekend on the snow. Read Full Review
